IN OFFICE 
$200.00 per hour for examining and comparing documents, taking photographs, conferring with counsel, preparing for court, etc... 

OUT OF OFFICE 
$275.00 per hour for field examinations, collecting request specimens, depositions and court appearances, etc...

TRAVEL TIME 
$100.00 per hour.

RETAINER FEES 
A minimum non-refundable retainer fee will be agreed upon. This sum is payable in advance, and will be applied to my customary billing charge. Fees for court appearances, depositions and travel are in addition to the retainer.

There is a non-refundable minimum charge of approximately $1550.00 for court appearances and depositions payable ten (10) days in advance. This fee will be applied against preparation time, constructing and enlarging demonstrative charts, and a half-day court appearance. Travel time is in addition to the $1550.00 minimum charge.
